We will be holding a lab tour for third-year undergraduate students.

We will be holding a laboratory tour on Monday, September 30th, according to the following schedule. We will introduce our research, share daily life in the lab, and demonstrate robots. Laboratory trip

From September 1st (Sun) to September 2nd (Mon), we had a joint seminar trip with four research laboratories at Kyushu University’s Mountain House. The participating labs were the HCR Laboratory, Control Engineering Laboratory, System Engineering Laboratory, and Advanced Medical Devices Laboratory. On the first day, we enjoyed recreational activities and a BBQ, and on the second day, we visited Kusasenri and Yufuin for sightseeing.

A paper by the first author, Mr. Doan Ha Tang Long (GC-M2), a member of our lab, has been accepted for publication in the ROBOMECH Journal!

Our paper on object grasping using a large linkage-type three-finger underactuated robotic hand has been accepted for publication in the ROBOMECH Journal. The paper proposes a data-driven method for estimating contact/non-contact and contact force magnitude of the fingertips from the force sensor information of a robot hand, which has a force sensor at the base of the linkage and no tactile sensor at the fingertips.…

Congratulations to the graduates of FY2023!

On March 25, the graduation ceremony of the university and the completion ceremony of the graduate school were held. 5 undergraduate students, 2 master students and 1 doctor student graduated from our laboratory. Congratulations to all of them! We look forward to their further success in the future.
